Leadership team development

This workshop was focused on supporting the senior leadership team with the State Development Areas team, Department of Infrastructure and Planning to think through their leadership goals and strategies for the next 12 months given a significant amount of change within the division. The managers and directors identified the facts and factors which they had to manage and raised any emotions that they felt around these. Following this, they identified impacts and insights which were then shaped into goals and strategies to supper them moving forward.

Using a combination of Belbin’s hats, coaching theory and self-reflection, this workshop provided the managers with a much-needed space to think through the situation and create their own solutions in a self-directed and pro-active manner.
